As an Information Systems Security Manager, you will join the Honeywell Global Security organization within Honeywell, focusing on Defense, Space, and National Security. Here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. You will be hands-on in fortifying defenses against emerging threats and acting as the subject matter expert for technical challenges. You will report directly to our Cyber Security Manager, and youll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the safety and integrity of systems that power the modern world. You will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect critical assets and information. You will conduct in-depth security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of products and systems.Key Responsibilities: Maintain government compliance for information systems in accordance with NIST SP 800-53. Work closely with other Information System Security Officers (ISSO), Information Systems Security Managers (ISSM) and Facility Security Officers (FSO). Perform auditing of information systems, including collecting and analyzing audit logs. Perform monthly compliance scans, vulnerability scans and patching of information systems. Perform monthly and quarterly security control validation using SCAP Compliance Checker and STIG Viewer of information systems. This position requires travel up to 25%.US CitizenshipMust be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.CompensationThe salary range for this position is $137,000-$170,000.
